The term 'munch' is used in BDSM and fetish communities to refer to an informal gathering where people come together to casually chat and get to know others in the community, without necessarily engaging in BDSM or other fetish activities.
Our goal is to create a safe and friendly environment for those who are new to the community or who want to have conversations, share their experiences, and form new friendships.
These gatherings are characterized by free conversations, and there is usually no dresscode.
We strive to share information, experiences, and advice with members of the BDSM and fetish community in a friendly and informal environment.
For example:
Sharing experiences:Participants can share their personal experiences, which can help newcomers navigate the world of BDSM, learn about safety practices, how to use various tools, or establish boundaries.
Expert presentations:Invited experts or more experienced community members may give short presentations or discussions on various topics.
Q&A:Participants can openly ask their questions, which will be answered by more experienced individuals. This helps gain a deeper understanding of the topic.
We first came across the NEManya blog because Facebook kept showing it to us. It didn’t take long to figure out why: it must be the blog most followed by people from our community. Naturally, our curiosity was piqued. We thought it would be more difficult to arrange this conversation, since NEManya has been living in England for seven years. But as she’s traveling back to her homeland for the big Freedom Fetish event, the opportunity presented itself—exceptionally on a Tuesday (!), since she’s flying back on Wednesday. Here are a few things worth knowing about NEManya:
- Brutally honest and outspoken—yet with a great sense of humor.
- Lives an extremely free, ethically non-monogamous lifestyle.
- Currently works with Atsuko Kudo, one of London’s most renowned latex fashion designers.
- Speaks very openly—often shockingly so—about sexuality and its many forms.
- Has published several excellent books under the pen name Anitte B. Windecker.
- Shares her personal experiences of BDSM, fetish parties, and what many would consider extreme sexual encounters—making these topics accessible and understandable even to people who could never imagine themselves in such situations.
- Frequently takes a stand on causes such as environmental protection, animal welfare, and human rights.
Come to a relaxed, friendly gathering where you can meet members of the BDSM and fetish community in a calm, safe environment. There’s no dress code — just good company, interesting conversations, and new connections. If you're curious about the scene but unsure where to start, this is the perfect opportunity to ask your questions and meet people who share your interests.
